This sensor variant features a PNP normally open (NO) switching output, paired with a detachable M12 × 1 4-pin plug connector to simplify wiring, maintenance and rapid field replacement. Encapsulated in impact-resistant PA6 polyamide plastic with full IP68 ingress protection, the unit resists continuous water submersion, heavy dust accumulation and mild industrial chemical splashes. Integrated reverse polarity, overload and short-circuit protection circuits prevent permanent component damage from wiring errors or circuit overload during commissioning.
