The Wenglor I18N003 is an M18 cylindrical flush-install inductive proximity sensor developed by Wenglor Sensoric GmbH, a global leading manufacturer of industrial sensor and automation solutions. As a core product in Wenglor’s standard switching distance inductive sensor portfolio, the I18N003 integrates proprietary weproTec ASIC circuit technology to deliver stable, non-contact metallic object detection for automated industrial systems. Designed for long-cycle continuous operation in harsh factory environments, this proximity switch provides a consistent 5mm nominal sensing range for both ferrous and non-ferrous metal targets, with built-in multi-level circuit protection against reverse polarity, short-circuit and overload faults.
